She knows the Suwanee area well and did a good job of assessing the value of our home in the midst of a quickly evolving market. In fact, she contacted other agents in the area and was able to locate a buyer before home was officially listed! She provided updates as things progressed and promptly answered our questions. She was so amazing that we knew she would be the one to help us find our second home (7 years later)! She takes the time to listen to your needs/wants in a home and goes out of her way to make sure she can find the best choices out there for you. I even told her that I was interested in a few neighborhoods and she went above and beyond to send out postcards to the homes in each neighborhood! Within a few months we were able to find our new dream home all thanks to Beverly (in one of the neighborhoods we liked). We had a rocky start in selling our home, but Beverly was able to continue close contact with potential buyers throughout the prolonged process, to ensure a satisfactory and robust closing. She will go out of her way to make sure all is prepared and all known options are presented to us to aid in all decisions throughout the process.
